“CJT did an exceptional job at the last minute when our original tour was suddenly cancelled two weeks before we were scheduled to leave! Terri from CJT went above and beyond and was able to book the entire land portion of our trip to Japan in less than two weeks!! Amazing! This is the second trip that CJT arranged for us. Last summer Terri arranged our London & Paris trip. That was amazing also. We ran into an issue with the flight being rescheduled a day later due to bad weather. Terri came to our rescue by researching how to get our missed tours rebooked. She did that even while she was herself in transit on a trip AND in a different time zone from us!!
